Alumaster Polska during a pandemic
Dear Customers, for the sake of your health and wellbeing, and following earlier decisions to change the organization of work (Work during epidemiological threat), Alumaster Polska undertakes further actions to facilitate remote communication with its clients in pandemic period.
In these difficult times, we are introducing solutions that we hope will help you to cooperate with us.
B2B trading platform
The first step we took was to launch a B2B trading platform to help our partners place orders and grant undisturbed access to the current offer. Thanks to this tool, our customers have easy and quick access to place orders from anywhere. We hope that this will help your employees in making remote orders and offerings. The platform can be used by a number of employees within one company, so they can work together, simultaneously completing orders and supervising the status of deliveries, with no personal contact. The B2B platform is currently available in Polish only.
Editable order forms
Additionally, in order to support the placing of orders regarding magnetic thresholds, we have prepared order forms in an editable version. They are already available on our website (HERE). Wherever it’s possible, let’s keep it online.
Instructional materials
Our next step is to support you in the implementation of tasks also in the production area. Although we all try to limit direct contact, we would like to keep supporting you with the installation of products ordered from Alumaster Polska. We have started working on creating instructional materials which should be helpful in carrying out this task independently. We will work successively to create installation instructions for most of our products, making every effort to ensure that graphics and detailed descriptions make the manuals coherent and easily understandable. We encourage you to contact our team of technical advisors who are ready to support you in these matters.
The first assembly instructions are already available in the Aluminum Combi thresholds tab - HERE. The next ones will appear in a place dedicated to the instructions (we work on these changes). First, we prepared:
