Responding to the expectations and growing needs of our customers — with a focus on the highest technological standards and comprehensive solutions — Alumaster has developed a new A’LINE series of threshold systems designed for Rehau Synego profiles.
Highest tightness class
The new A’LINE series meets the standards already present in our previously offered threshold sealing systems — easy production and the highest functional quality of the finished product — while expanding them with additional possibilities and benefits.
The new A’LINE threshold system is equipped with specially designed sealing elements in the drip cap, ensuring that finished doors achieve very high tightness test results.
Thanks to the use of precisely shaped drip-cap endings, floating mullions and matching wind stops, it is possible to achieve the highest tightness class even when using floating mullions, without the need for additional profile machining (achieving water-tightness class 9A for balcony doors with a floating mullion).
The system includes connectors for frames and fixed mullions with additional horizontal seals, which allows thresholds to be installed without milling the profiles.
New possibilities with the A’LINE threshold sealing system
Thanks to the use of a special fixed-glazing adapter, it is possible to create all types of sidelights within a single frame, with identical glazing heights (no difference in profile height).
The new A’LINE threshold sealing system comes standard with a threshold featuring a 24 mm clipping strip, making the use of concealed hinges easier than ever — without the need to mill the threshold!
Additionally, the new innovative frame connectors allow the system to be used in outward-opening constructions and with renovation profiles. Threshold installation with these profile types can be carried out beneath the frame, without the need to mill the frame. This method ensures consistent installation technology and results in a more stable construction.
