Magnetic thresholds – results of new tests
The use of magnetic thresholds in wooden doors with a floating mullion has shown, in testing, a very high water-tightness class — 9A — across all installation depths.
This means that doors equipped with this solution will offer top-level performance, ensuring tightness even under very severe weather conditions, with pressures reaching up to 600 Pa, which corresponds to wind speeds of around 115 km/h accompanied by heavy rainfall.
