To ensure clear and efficient cooperation with our customers, we provide up-to-date documents outlining the terms of commercial cooperation with ALUMASTER Polska Sp. z o.o. z o.o.
The documents include, among others, the rules for placing and processing orders, payments, deliveries, logistics fees, complaints, warranties, product returns, communication, and document circulation.
Individual terms of cooperation, such as the credit limit, payment term, logistics minimum, delivery schedule, or contact persons, are agreed each time in the Commercial Agreement.
Placing an order, signing the Commercial Agreement, collecting the goods, or commencing commercial cooperation constitutes acceptance of the current General Terms and Conditions of Sale of ALUMASTER Polska Sp. z o.o., unless the parties have agreed otherwise in writing.
