The dust has not yet settled after the dismantled stands of the Accessibility Forum and we are already summing up our participation. It was a successful time, during which we gained a lot of useful knowledge, many new ideas were born in us and our horizons have significantly broadened.
The second edition of the Forum showed that interest in the topic of accessibility is growing, the number of people using this type of meetings is growing and the problem itself is at least urgent.
High attendance, great diversity of visitors and offers presented at the stands confirmed the multi-dimensionality of the problem and convinced us that Alumaster barrier-free threshold systems are proposals not only up-to-date, but also far into the future.
Participation in the Forum gave us the opportunity to establish contact with government and non-government institutions. Thanks to it - we gained knowledge about upcoming legal amendments, state actions towards increasing broadly understood accessibility.
We are pleased that the barrier-free thresholds we presented (magnetic MHT, MFAT and aluminum Combi Plan 0.0 mm) enjoyed interest, aroused joy and brought relief that such solutions exist on the market.
In addition to the exhibition at the Accessibility Forum, our colleague Krzysztof Zieliński gave a presentation, talking about accessible and barrier-free door and window joinery. His presentation perfectly fit into the entire series of lectures and expanded the scope of solutions that were discussed in the previous panel on adapting residential construction for people with disabilities.
We hope that the contacts gained during the Forum will bear fruit in the near future and will have a real impact on improving the comfort of life of many elderly people, those who use wheelchairs or have impaired motor skills.
